The service, honestly

Armor is in early access. We invite churches in deliberately, features will change, and occasionally something will be down while we make it better. We work hard on reliability, but during this period we can't promise uninterrupted service.

Your account

You sign in with your email, so keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who controls it controls your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and staff you invite to your church act on your church's behalf.

Your content is yours

Your church owns its sermons, its uploads, and everything Armor generates from them — manuscripts, slides, clips, devotionals, emails, all of it. You give us only the permission we need to host and process that content to run the product.

We never publish anything on your behalf. Every piece of content leaves Armor only when you approve it and send it yourself.

AI drafts need a shepherd

Anchor and Renew generate drafts with AI, and AI can be wrong. Check scripture references, quotes, names, and theology before anything reaches your congregation. You — not the model — are the author of record for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Use Armor lawfully and for its purpose: your church's ministry. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, don't try to access another church's data, don't probe or disrupt the service, and don't script bulk generation to run up processing costs. Fair-use limits apply to the AI features.

Payments

Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe. During early access some features are free or quota-limited; if pricing that affects you changes, we'll tell you before you're charged.

Ending things

You can stop using Armor and ask us to delete your account or church at any time (the Privacy page explains what deletion removes). We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where that's reasonable.

Disclaimers & liability

Armor is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Armor is operated by Founder Builds, LLC, of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
